Have you ever needed to order ink or toner cartridges for your printer, been in a hurry and you just can’t remember what your printer model or cartridge number is? Maybe you were even in the middle of placing your order on-line and you had to stop what you were doing and run upstairs to take a look! How frustrating!!
Well there’s no need to fear, at CartridgeMonkey we’re here to save your day! All you have to do is place one order with us and when you return, We’ll remember what you ordered so that you can quickly re-order your ink or toner cartridges again! It’s soooo easy and here’s how:
How to quickly Re-order
1. Visit CartridgeMonkey.com and click the Login button at the top of the website.
2. On the login page, enter your email and password details from the last time you ordered and created an account, then click the sign in button (if you don’t have a password or have forgotten your password click here to get one ).
3. On the My Account page, (click the ‘My Account’ button at the top of the website) click the ‘My Favourite Products‘ Link in the ‘My orders‘ section
4. Here you will see a full list of all items that you’ve ordered before and you can easily add them to your basket and order them again!
