I was surprised how fast I received the item - literally 2 days, 3 max! It felt like I ordered it last night! (I probably did!) It was as I expected - like it came of the shelf in-store. Pacakged really well and everything you'd expect from a quality online retalier. This is my second time shopping with them and I'll probably continue to buy from them because I can't find the inks cheaper anywhere else!
