Like most commercial organisations, we have to deal with huge amounts of spam within our email system; Whilst we use the lastest filtering techniques and our staff are extremely careful, from time to time we may not receive an email communication from our customers, which is really frustraiting for all concerned.
Support tickets offer a more effecient way to communicate.
Firstly you will need to login to your account by clicking the "My Account" tab or by clicking here. Once "logged in" to your account, select the order that your enquiry relates to, click the "view" button and then click the "Request support for this product" link.
You will then be presented with a new support ticket. Complete the support ticket and the click the "submit ticket" button. Once we have resonded to your support ticket, you will receive notification via email.
You can check the status of any open or closed support ticket, by logging in and clicking the relevant tab.
