Terms and Conditions:

If you are not completed satisfied with you printer you may return it providing:

• You firstly obtain an RMA (returns number) by telephoning 0845 365 6666 or emailing support@cartridgemonkey.com
• You must obtain the RMA within 31 days from the date on the despatch confirmation email. Please remember that we have no sales support at weekends and this will not affect to 31 day return period.
• We will refund the price of the printer and associated delivery charge applied by CartridgeMonkey.com
• You will be liable for the return cost of the printer and you must send this by a recorded delivery method. We recommend Royal Mail Special delivery, which is available at any Post Office or via a courier company.
• The goods must be returned with all their original packaging, all cables, all manuals and ink cartridges included in the printer box. The box must not be ripped or defaced by writing or "sticky labels". We recommend that you wrap the printer box with an external covering such as brown paper.
• We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at anytime, however if you purchased your printer before the closing date, we will honour this promotional offer. We will advise that the offer has closed on this page and it will be dated.
• Ultimately, it is at the discretion of the management to decide that all these terms have been met by any returned printer.
