Tuesday 20 March, 2007
BenQ has announced the forthcoming release of a new eight mega-pixel digital camera, which may be of interest to users of
Lexmark printer cartridges and
HP A4 photo gloss laser paper.
Available at the end of March, the new camera - the P860 - features a number of integrated features, including image stabilisation and technology to help prevent the blurring of images, reports Photography Press.
"The P860 gives powerful automatic functions as well as [providing] a depth of manual options to yield great photos," said Conway Lee, general manager of BenQ.
"Many users tell us that they would like to have more control over their photo taking," he added.
In addition to 12 scene modes, the P860 also offers other shooting modes that include aperture priority, in addition to a mode which allows a user to set the shutter speed, which may interest users of
HP A4 superior laser paper and
Canon printer cartridges.
The camera is scheduled for release in Russia, Spain, China and Italy.
BenQ manufactures a number of different products, including projectors and LCD monitors.
