Brother targets home users with new range
Friday 22 September, 2006
Printer solutions provider Brother is looking to make a bigger splash on the inkjet printer market by releasing a number of new machines.
The company already has a host of printers targeted at the eight million-strong home users, but according to channlinfo.net, Brother is hoping that the latest additions to its inkjet line-up will help it target this market.
Home inkjet users are one of the fastest growing markets for printers, with the popularity of digital cameras encouraging the purchase of printers to turn digital snaps into physical pictures.
Brother is expecting the new products it has up its sleeve to replace its current bestsellers, with the latest range offering more business features and some of the smallest all-in-one printers available.
Functionality, print speed and print quality will all be improved on the new inkjet range, according to the channleinfo.net website, as Brother looks to make its mark.
