Tuesday 27 February, 2007
Canon has announced the launch of two new additions to its A-Series range of digital cameras, which may be of interest to users of
Canon laser toner cartridges and
Canon printer cartridges.
Incorporating features that include optical zoom and red-eye correction, the A570 IS and PowerShot A560 also feature "face detection technology" which may make the taking of family snaps a little bit easier.
"The two cameras ensure that images match the memories, reproducing natural skin tones and lifelike colours," said Canon.
"Photos capture all the natural ambience of the scene," the company added.
Available in March 2007, both cameras also feature resolutions of 7.1 mega pixels, and may be of interest to users of
Epson photo printers and
Lexmark laser printers.
According to the Financial Times, out of a total of 1,000 firms, Canon is ranked as the 25th most respected company.
