Epson launches new laser printer

Epson has released a new laser printer for the European market, the AcuLaser C3800, offering fast print speeds as well as strong security.
The company has said that the new A4 printer is perfect for small to medium-sized businesses, offering reliability to organisations that arguably need it most. If, for instance, the colour toner runs out before the end of the print job, it will be completed using the monochrome toner, leaving you free to order more Epson toner.
Epson's newest laser printer can print 25 pages per minute (ppm) in black and white and 20ppm for colour prints. Starting from £668 excluding VAT, the printer also boasts a useful LCD screen to show the progress of the print job.
"The AcuLaser C3800 provides employees with fast print speeds, strong security features and quiet printing," said Mark Karsey, product manager at Epson UK.
"The user-friendly interface with LCD screen allows minor technical problems to be fixed on the spot, and eliminates unnecessary downtime and frustration… These features clearly make the AcuLaser C3800 a worry-free printer for all levels of the business."
Following the sending of a print job, the first page should be making its way off the printer within 15 seconds, thanks to the Application Specific Integrated Circuit technology, which optimises the printer's engine performance.
