Epson launches scanners
Tuesday 22 August, 2006
Epson has launched two new entry-level scanners, which could encourage people to scan and print even more.
The Perfection V100 and V350 Photo will both be available to buy from the beginning of September, costing just under £70 and £100 respectively.
However, the great prices by no means lead to poor quality products. Both look great, with a slimline silver appearance, something that would look great alongside any printer and PC.
Both have portrait and landscape scanning options, as well as a new hinge design which makes scanning books and thicker objects easier than ever before. The lid can now open to 90 degrees or 180 degrees.
"The latest line-up in our entry level range offer the same superb quality output with ease of use and a compact design to ensure home users can easily digitise their photos and film," said Mark Robinson, product manager at Epson UK, according to What Digital Camera.
"Both new scanners offer fantastic value and functionality and reflect Epson's commitment to bringing innovative products to consumers."
