Research has revealed that Konica Minolta is the pick of the bunch for Western Europe when it comes to professional colour devices.
Infosource figures, cited by The Malta Independent, show that for colour and colour-capable devices, Konica Minolta had a 20.3 per cent market share.
"Our success is not only due to our superior devices but our commitment to ensuring that every customer has the machine that matches the needs of their business," said Olaf Lorenz, general manager, product marketing division, according to the newspaper.
"We have an aggressive strategy to ensure that we maintain our position, so despite our success we won't be sitting still."
Trailing in Konica Minolta's wake is Xerox with 16 per cent, Ricoh with 12.2 per cent and Canon with a little over ten per cent of the market.
Konica Minolta has also recently announced that in the first half of the year, sales of its office equipment rose by 9.2 per cent.
The strong performance was put down to its decision to expand its range of colour devices.
