OKI launches "innovative" printer
Wednesday 27 December, 2006
OKI has been discussing the benfits of its C6800 colour printer, which the company has labelled "innovative".
Speaking at the launch of the printer in the Middle East, the regional general manager said that the printer, which is already available on the UK market, gives users "freedom" to print how they desire.
"Users now have the freedom to expand their document creation capability and choose how and on what sized paper they want to print – they no longer have to compress detailed documents onto A4-sized pages," said John Ross, general manager, OKI Printing Solutions, Middle East.
The printer has printing speeds of 32 pages per minute (ppm) in black and white and 26ppm in colour, meaning it offers competitive speeds for the home or office user looking to inject a little colour into their documents.
OKI boasts that its C6800 colour printer, which can print on A3, A4, A5 and A6 paper, is half the overall size of a number of other A3 printers.
