Olympus announces new digital SLR

Olympus has announced the launch of a new ten mega pixel digital single lens reflex (SLR) camera, which may be of interest to users of
Canon printer cartridges and
Epson printer cartridges.
The new E-510 offers digital camera users a number of features including a 2.5-inch LCD display, in addition to improvements in dust removal technology to help keep the image sensor free from debris.
"The E-510 incorporates a variety of exciting functions that enable users to capture beautiful photographic images that truly express their original creative intent," said Olympus.
"These functions include a newly developed sensor-shift type image stabilizer that employs Olympus's exclusive Supersonic Wave Drive (SWD) motor," the company added.
Olympus's E-510 is expected to be made available in June 2007 and will make use of the company's new TruePic III image processor.
