Xerox wins customer service award

Xerox has won an award for customer service from company JD Power and Associates for the second consecutive year.
The document and printing solutions company has received JD Power and Associates Technology Service and Support Certification following a survey of Xerox customers by the global marketing information firm.
Xerox scored ten per cent higher than the industry benchmark following the customer reviews, which led to the company scooping the award.
"Providing an outstanding customer experience is Xerox's top priority as we provide document products, solutions and services to businesses small to large," said Bill Steenburgh, senior vice president for Xerox Services.
JD Power and Associates has been gauging consumer responses to products for almost 40 years, with the results demonstrating levels of satisfaction, product quality and buyer behaviour.
Earlier this month it was revealed that Xerox had been recognised with five Editor's Choice awards from Better Buys for Business.
