Chimpanzee head under review
Friday 29 June, 2007
A remote controlled and emotionally aware chimpanzee head has been received favourably in a recent review.
According to Product Reviews Net, the chimpanzee comes equipped with a number of features, including a touch-sensitive head, sonic sensors, stereo hearing and four mood settings that range from happy to aggressive.
"The chimpanzee head gives you all the fun and interaction that a real chimp could," said Product Reviews Net.
"The chimpanzee head can give you just about the same amount of enjoyment [as a pet] without smelling bad or going to toilet all over your carpet," it added.
Indeed, although the chimpanzee head can be user-controlled via a remote, there is also the possibility to utilise an alive mode, where it will react to its immediate environment.
However, real chimpanzees are found mostly in central and western Africa. Bonobos on the other hand, are found only in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
