Business points to HP quality as purchase reason

A UK firm has been discussing the virtues of Hewlett-Packard's (HP's) Indigo 5000 press, which it has recently added to its line up of presses.
Colour Quest, a Hertfordshire-based firm that offer litho printing, digital printing and finishing services, has added the HP Indigo 5000 to the Xerox iGen3s that will come from a merger between Colour Quest and Buckingham Colour.
The company is expecting the new HP press to make a real difference to the work it produces for clients.
"We've gone for the 5000 to go up a gear in the quality stakes," said Tyrone Spence, Colour Quest managing director, according to Print Week.
"There are customers who want work specifically done on the Indigos while other jobs will need to be done on the iGen3s."
HP has said that the Indigo 5000 is easy to use and offers "higher quality" due to the liquid ink technology it utilises.
