Canon printers win best buy awards
Tuesday 27 February, 2007
Canon has announced that it has been awarded five best buy commendations in a recent Which? home inkjet printer comparison test, which may be of interest to users of
Canon printer cartridges.
Under the criteria of the Which? comparison - where Canon picked up the top five awards - competing home inkjet printers were rated for their cost of ownership, in addition to printing speed and quality.
"Home printing is booming and with an estimated seven million images printed in UK homes in 2006, it is important that consumers find the right printer that suits their needs," said Alessandro Stanzani, head of Canon consumer imaging UK and Ireland.
All five of the printers were from Canon's Pixma range and include the iP6700D, iP4200, iP5200 and the iP6600D.
In addition to printers, Canon offers a range of products, including digital cameras and flatbed scanners, which may be of interest to users of
Lexmark printer cartridges and
Lexmark laser printers.
