Wednesday 13 December, 2006
Canon, Kyocera Mita and Konica Minolta are among the printer companies that are exhibiting at this year's Eco-Products 2006 fair in Tokyo, Japan.
In total, 550 companies from around the world will be showcasing their products from Thursday December 14th to Saturday December 16th.
Panasonic will be in attendance at the exhibition, with plenty of technology on show to benefit all areas of the home and office.
One such product is the WORKiO, which the company describes as a "digital colour imaging system", aimed at the office environment.
With the issue of green technology and environmentally conscious working very much at the forefront of public minds recently, Eco-Products 2006 could be a great opportunity for the printer world to show the next steps in the move to greener printing.
Brother, Ricoh and Sharp will also be showing eco-friendly office products at this week's exhibition.
