Epson R380 under review
In news which may be of interest to users of
Epson photo printers and
Epson printer cartridges, the Epson R380 Ultra HD Photo Printer has been favourably received in a recent review.
According to Ken Sander from CrunchGear, the Epson R380 offers prints of a high quality, in addition to offering a good quality user interface.
"The Epson R380 is a retail photo developer's nightmare but a photo hobbyist's dream. It delivers great pictures and the interface is good," said Mr Sander.
"With photo developing shops in trouble they are either changing the thrust of their businesses or going out of business," he added.
Among the features of the Epson R380 include the ability the print labels for both CDs and DVDs, in addition to the ability to print without the need of an attached computer, through the use of integrated memory slots.
Output containing text can print at a speed of between 15 and 30 sheets per minute, which may interest users of
Lexmark laser printers and
HP laser toner cartridges.
Epson offers a range of printers, including the
Epson Stylus Photo R1800 and the
Epson PictureMate 240.
