Wednesday 19 July, 2006
Konica Minolta has announced that Digital Print World (DPW), the industry show coming to London's Earls Court 2 in October, will be the venue for the launch of its newest bizhub colour production print system.
The bizhub PRO C6500 is targeted at those businesses that do a considerable amount of printing.
Capable of shifting 200,000 A4 pages per month and with an output capacity of 3,900 pages per month, the new bizhub picks up where the PRO 1050 left off.
"The launch of the bizhub C6500 by Konica Minolta at DPW will certainly generate strong visitor interest," said Jos Kelly, head of production print for Konica Minolta.
"In line with Konica Minolta's innovative approach to digital commercial print the planned launch will set new performance standards in the market."
Paper, card or coated stock can be printed on, in both colour and black and white, with a speedy 65 pages per minute printing rate offered for A4 paper.
All kinds of documents, including promotional materials and brochures are no problem for the bizhub PRO C6500, which can cope with media weights of up to 300 g/m2.
