Toshiba has been praised by resellers, through a recent study, for the quality of its toner products, according to reports.
The company was awarded the platinum award for its colour reliability by BERTL, the digital imaging devices and review website, following research of resellers conducted by the online firm.
"It's a fantastic achievement to be recognised worldwide by our resellers for our colour reliability," said Jamie Mackenzie, product manager at Toshiba, according to ChannelInfo magazine.
"We are also delighted that our customers value the service we provide onsite for service, support, installation and training."
The company also performed well in other areas, the research found, scooping a platinum award for dealer training as well as gold awards in a number of categories.
Installation, onsite service and support, value for money and running costs were all rated at this grade by the resellers involved in the study.
Toshiba's e-STUDIO2500c, e-STUDIO3500c and e-STUDIO3510c are the colour systems that the company sells in the UK.
