Konica Minolta printer picked as Editor's Choice
Wednesday 06 December, 2006
Konica Minolta's magicolor 7450 has been named as the Editor's Choice by a business-focused magazine in the US.
Although the Better Buys for Business publication is based on the other side of the Atlantic, the magicolor 7450 is also available in the UK, so the fact that it did so well in the magazine's 2007 Colour Laser Printer Guide is good news.
A reasonable price, solid speed and photo-quality printing were all among the reasons that the magicolor 7450 was chosen by Better Buys for Business as the pick of the bunch, while the machine's "robust performance" also came in for praise.
"The demanding process used by Better Buys in evaluating technology equipment and selecting Editor's Choice recipients should give our customers great confidence that the magicolor 7450 is a best-performance, best-quality choice," said Stephen Fletcher, president and chief operating officer of Konica Minolta Printing Solutions.
"We are thrilled to be recognised by such an experienced, professional team of industry experts."
The magicolor 7450, which features PictBridge technology, is capable of printing up to 25 pages per minute (ppm) in colour on A4 and up to 13 ppm in colour on A3. It also features the new Emperon technology, designed to improve integration, compatibility, functionality and performance.
