People looking for a fast multifunction printer (MFP) for use in their home may like to consider the Pixma MG6220 model from ink supplies maker Canon.

The device, which includes scanning and copying functionalities, is described by the manufacturer as being able to deliver "superior quality, versatility and ease of use".

It comes with a Wi-Fi connection to allow users to send documents to it from anywhere in the home and can print on materials including CDs and DVD using its six individuals ink cartridges.

Examining the Pixma MG6220 for PC Advisor, reviewer Jon Jacobi was impressed by the good looks of the machine and noted the control panel has an "undeniable 'wow' appeal".

He added the MFP also benefits from fast printing speeds, while the output quality is "vibrant and clear" for images printed on specialist photo paper.

Recently, another device in the Pixma range, the MG6250, was stated by Kat Orphanides of Expert Reviews to be an excellent choice for people looking to produce high-quality photos.
