If the incorrect cartridge or maintenance item has been purchased \/ used in your machine resulting in fault or damage, we will be unable to offer a replacement or refund in this instance.<\/p>\n
Oki and Brother products are covered by a return to base warranty and those brands have specified that all returns must be arranged directly with them.
