Yes, if you used our cartridges and didn't manage to print the correct number of pages, our guarantee would cover them as faulty providing the page coverage wasn't above the stated amount of 5%.

When it comes to the number of pages you can print up to, it really depends on what you're printing. For example if you were to print photos, you would get a lot less pages than stated, but the cartridge wouldn't be classed as faulty because the page coverage would be greater than 5% (5% is around 4 - 5 basic text paragraphs on an A4 page).

It can be very misleading, but page coverage was introduced by the ISO in conjunction with printer manufacturers, so every company that sells inks have to use the same numbers.
