You won’t find better than our delivery services, our standard service is free and guaranteed to be delivered the very next-working day. As well as this, we offer a late cut-off time of 5:30pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch.

Please Note – Shipping to Channel islands addresses costs £18. We are currently unable to ship to Ireland.

Delivery FAQ

When will my order be sent?
Orders placed before 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched same-day.
Every product on the website gives an indication of stock availability, e.g ‘In Stock’ means it will be sent immediately.
Please note that some items may be displayed as ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Back in Stock Soon’ where stock is not readily available.
If your order contains any items that are out of stock or back in stock soon, we will ‘part-ship’ all items from your order that are available, so that you don’t experience any delay, and on a separate delivery, ship all outstanding items, once they arrive back in stock.
What time will my order arrive?

Courier delivery via DPD, Fedex or Parcel Force. If you are expecting a courier delivery (Monday – Friday), your goods can be delivered up to 5.30 pm. Tracking information will be sent via email or text (if a mobile number was entered). DPD offer 1 hour time slots which can be found on the tracking information.

Unfortunately, we are unable to obtain estimated delivery times from Fedex or Parcel Force.    

If you have selected or your order is being sent by Royal Mail delivery services, we are unable to determine which day your goods will be delivered, as the delivery schedule is variable, typically 1 – 3 working days, however on rare occasion’s delivery can take up to 10 days.

Please note: orders placed for delivery to non-mainland UK will usually take at least 2 working days.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If you aren’t around when a delivery service attempts to deliver your order, you will be notified by the tracking information that an attempt was made (normally via email or text) and you will be given information as to when the next delivery attempt will be made / additional delivery options.

If no options are set. The delivery service will then reattempt delivery on the following working day. If no one is available to accept delivery again, the parcel will be returned to us.

If your order has been shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery your local postal service will leave a calling card on their first delivery attempt. Your parcel will then be returned to your local delivery office for collection by yourself when convenient. Royal Mail will keep the parcel for a maximum of 18 days before returning the parcel to us.

Will a calling card be left? Since the Covid 19 lockdown, for health and safety reasons, most couriers have been instructed to no longer leave calling cards. Royal mail and Parcel Force may still leave a calling card but most tracking notifications are shared via text or email.

Do you ship to BFPO addresses?

Yes, we do ship orders to BFPO addresses. However there may be some restrictions depending on the items that you wish to purchase therefore we always recommend that you get in touch with us either by phone on 0845 365 6666, email [email protected] or by live help before placing your order so that we can check this for you.

Can I get my order delivered outside the UK?

No. Unfortunately at present we can only ship to a UK address, with the exception of a BFPO address.

Can the delivery address be different to the billing address?
Yes, in most instances we can ship to a different delivery address. However, at our discretion some high value orders may only be shipped to the card holder’s address.
Please be sure to enter the registered Credit / Debit Card Holder’s address correctly as the billing address of your order. This must be the address your Credit / Debit card company holds on its records.
We recommend that you only set a different delivery address as a clearly defined work address (with company name where applicable). Due to the dangers of Credit Card fraud, alternate shipping addresses that are residential addresses may delay the dispatch of your order as we confirm your details.
I didn't receive all of my items, what should I do?

If you have received a delivery but you didn’t receive all the items you ordered, the remaining items will normally arrive on a separate delivery.

To make sure that you receive your order quickly, if something that you ordered was not in stock we often part dispatch your order rather than delay all items. We also send some items from separate depots and so those items will normally arrive separately.

Where possible we will let you know if your order will arrive on split deliveries, but if you are unsure whether this is the case, please call us on 0845 365 6666 and we can check for you.

Special Instructions

When your order has been dispatched, we will send tracking information via text (if a mobile phone number was entered) or via email. Special instructions can normally be set as a preference via the tracking link of the courier who will be delivering your order.

Alternatively, If you would like the courier driver or royal mail to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place, you can leave a signed note on your door with special instructions. Please note; parcels will be left if safe to do so and at the couriers discretion.

We take no responsibility for the non-receipt or loss of goods when delivered with special instructions, eg: “if not in leave in the bin”. Any deliveries that have not been received and include such instructions are the responsibility of the customer and will not be subject to refund or replacement.
