Lickable Wallpaper
The boffins at McVitie’s have installed the world’s first lickable wallpaper lift in an office block in London. If you’re a big fan of McVitie’s Jaffa cakes then you may want to pay a visit to the offices in the Communication building in London to sample the tasty treat for yourself.
In a move that Willy Wonka himself would be proud of, artists and food technicians took 4 weeks to develop the advertising campaign and then 1325 printed Jaffa cakes were installed into the lift.
Errrgh….Is that hygienic??
….And if you’re worried about the hygiene implications and licking a Jaffa yourself after Mandy from admin has slobbered all over the lift walls, fear not; once a Jaffa has been licked by someone, a bell boy is on hand to replace the printed sticker.
Now all you need to worry about is how mental you look when someone enters the lift on the next floor!
