Return Items

We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return items to us. Please fill in the form below to submit your returns request and once we've arranged your return we'll get back to you with further instructions. If you'd like more information about our terms and conditions, you can find more information here.
Please note: Please don't send any items back to our head office address as we won't be able to process your return correctly.
If you have faulty items - We offer a 6 month warranty on OEMs and a 3 year warranty on our compatible brand cartridges covering any faults. If your item was damaged in transit, please let us know within 5 days of your delivery.
If you received the incorrect product - Please let us know within 14 days of your delivery so we can arrange the correct items to be sent to you and incorrect items to be returned.
If you ordered in error / No longer required items - Items must be returned in an unopened / unused condition. You must return your order to us within 28 days of delivery via tracked delivery to avoid items being lost (customers are responsible for postage costs). Please note, we are unable to post items back to you once they have been returned to us. For more information please click here.

Why are you returning the item?

Please do not open the packaging if you are in any doubt that the correct item has been sent or you have changed your mind.

We can not accept goods where original manufacturer packaging has been opened.

Here is an example of an opened product versus an unopened product:
