Hi Unfortunately we don't offer sample ink cartridges. If you do however have any issues with our original or own brand ink cartridges, we will send a replacement cartridge. We offer a 6 month guarantee on original inks and 3 years on our own brand inks (compatible).

Hi Not a question about what I want to order but as your Live Chat is not working, will use this. Went to order cartridges yesterday as your web page showed 2 offers but when I entered code told invalid. If this is indeed correct your web site was very misleading. Can you confirm why the code used (15% off) was incorrect?
