Hi, I’m curious as to why you no longer sell Canon PG540XL cartridges but instead offer only the L version? This has applied for two orders now. Could you explain please. Also on my most recent order I wanted one of each black and colour cartridges and in rushing to get your 8% off offer selected from the photo of available products, a pack showing just black & colour cartridges but on receiving the package I see it included a pack of paper I didn’t need. My mistake I know for not closely reading the accompanying description but wonder what the options are for returning just the paper for refund please. It seems from your stock availability it is no longer possible to get an XL pack of 2 cartridges in black & colour without paper included, again I wonder why? The dual pack used to be ideal! Hi Mike, thanks for your question!

Basically Canon have discontinued the XL versions and replaced them with L versions instead. It was quite a sudden thing and unfortunately, stock of the XL ran out quickly so they were discontinued and removed from the website.

With regards to the return, unfortunately when we arrange a return, we have to arrange for everything in the pack to be returned and can't split into parts. I'm sorry we couldn't do that for you but if there's anything else I can help with, let me know!
