For years I used your generic cartridges on Canon Pixma printers without loss of quality or other problems. Recently, on a pixma ip4500 and then a pixma ip7250, the first printer 'pretended' to print, but released no ink, the second parked the ink wells out of reach and refused to print. In both cases, an error message said 'A print head is not installed or the installed head is not compatible with this printer'. What can I do?
