My Canon Pixma ip7250 has 2 black ink cartridges, a large and a small. Is that what the 550 and 551 are?Also, what is the grey cartridge for and where does it go?

That's correct the ip7250 takes the two blacks which are called CLI-551 and PGI-550. The grey is actually an error on our part as this printer doesn't take a grey cartridge so I've removed it from the list.
