Are your compatible ink cartridges guaranteed to work without having to do anything to the printer. If they do not can I phone someone for advice or return cartridge for refund? Thanks, Gerry.

Hi Gerry, you won't have any issues getting them to work but we do guarantee them for 3 years so you can of course give us a call if you have any problems at all and we can advise, replace or arrange a return and refund them.
