In the past I've had the impression that my printer doesn't like the large capacity (XL) type cartridges [from another supplier] and is sometimes reluctant to accept them. Does this seem likely, or can I order large size ones from you with confidence they will fit and work okay? Many thanks. David

There should be no problem with your photosmart printer accepting XL cartridges, if you are having problems, it's likely to be due to the chips on the cartridges that are not enough up to date. Our compatible cartridges will work perfectly and just in case, we do offer 3 year guarantees so on the off chance you have an issue, we can get them replaced, or refunded if you'd prefer.
