Have used Brother cartridges before, they are excellent - this time the packaging was extremely poor. A very lightweight and thin jiffy bag held three cartridges, all boxes were crushed through the contents seemed OK, have not tried any of them yet. Was the poor state of the packaging result of transit, or were they despatched like this - this is the first time I have had a complaint, but have only used Cartridge Monkey on a few occasions.
