Hi Adrian, thanks for sending a message through and sorry for the delayed response! We do definitely stand by our compatible toners. The toners that we manufacture are made here in the UK and are of the highest possible quality because we'd rather build a slightly more expensive product than those manufactured abroad but have a better quality that doesn't cause issues for our customers.

That said, we do still get a small amount of faults because with a remanufactured product, it's the nature of the beast and original printer manufacturers will always try to get remans to fail. What we sell has a remanufactured plastic case from the original and springs / worn parts are replaced with new parts. We stand by our quality and will guarantee for 3 years against any problems.

We also guarantee the printer, so in the very off chance that you have a printer problem, caused by our cartridges, we would fix or replace your printer for you so you would never have to scrap it. I've worked here 11 years and it's only happened a few times (we've sold hundreds of thousands, if not millions of toners in that time). If you have an other questions, please let us know!
