The first cartridge did not work immediately. The team were really helpful with recommendations to try (called back within minutes of me asking for help). When their suggestions didn't work immediately they offered to send a replacement before I'd even asked. The service was really excellent. The cartridge was 25% that of an OEM product so really worth trying.
