Ink cartridge works equally as well as the named brand, but literally half the price :)

Good afternoon. I am looking at purchasing these compatible cartridges for our work printer. However, we have purchased compatible cartidges from other companies before and after our printer installed the HP update, they would no longer work. Are you able to assure me that your cartridges will work please? Many thanks, Dan.

Hi Dan,

thanks for your question.

We keep the chips as up to date as possible and guarantee the cartridges for 3 years in case you have any issues like the one you've described. However, to be transparent, it's not possible to tell which update has been applied to your machine and check that against the current software on the chips. Normally with our stock, if we start to get returns caused by a recent update, those batches of products get quarantined until new stock comes in with more up to date chips. Based on that, they will most likely be fine but I can't give you a guaranteed yes or no.
