Hi we purchased 2 of these in July for our extra stationery so we wouldn't run out.
In December we noticed the ink kept smudging, so we tried cleaning the printer etc at no point did it say the ink had run out.
We put in a new cartridge the other one of the two purchased and that has worked fine.
Could there have been a problem with that cartridge? Not happy as these are quite expensive, we have not had this happen before.
Please advise as we still have the cartridge here if it could be returned to you to check?
