Hello. I ordered a black and colour 301x1 as per my HP printer specification. The cartridges fit in the printer but a message comes up saying the cartridges listed above are not intended for use in this printer as it is currently configured. Please can you suggest a solution?

Our own brand compatibles are designed to work in your printer exactly the same as the original cartridges do, however in some instances the printer will recognise that the cartridges are not original and will produce an error message. You can over ride this error message and continue to use the cartridges as normal.
