Got in contact with Cartridge Monkey who agreed to a refund once I'd sent them an example of how it was printing.
Not had the refund yet but hopefully will soon.

having had problems before when buying printer ink non- original, & some classed as original, .this new ink cartridge is working fine .i bought the XL version, if it lasts and i get roughly 400 sheets printed then the rating i give would be a 5.
