Further to my question yesterday, in the interim I called your Customer Services line who advised me that this does come with low capacity "Introductory Cartridges". Could you confirm which is correct...?

Hi there, thanks again for getting in touch. I was incorrect I'm sorry, my colleague has just shown me the information from HP that shows you get introductory ink with this. You wouldn't normally get that which is why I was confused!

Hi, no this is a print head replacement kit for all 4 colours. It doesn't contain any of the ink cartridges.
