Generally these cartridges are very good, but occaisionally a cartridge is repeatedly rejected by the printer.

i had a bad experience once with recycled cartridges (NOT CM's) so only used branded for years. However my last few purchases from Cartridge Monkey have been recycled and the result is very good. the only problem I have is that the printer sometimes doesn't recognise them; but re-installing usually solves it.

The cartridges would not work with my printer - error message kept on saying "Cartridge not recognised". I had to send them back. I will stick with genuine Epsom cartridges even though they are hugely more expensive
