Hi, what is the difference in quality between the original cartridges and the compatible ones? Is it just 10 or so or would you say it is more like 40 less in quality?

Hi Adrian, thanks for your question. Your question posed quite a conundrum! are you referring to percentage of quality as a guide? If you could fill me in a little I can try and better answer your question however this is how I would describe our compatible cartridges. They will never be exactly the same as the original HP cartridges due to the processes used by HP to formulate their ink being patented however we do manufacture the greatest quality that we can because we don't want our customers to be unhappy and need to return cartridges. So in my opinion (whilst I've not seen these specific cartridges being used), our product quality is very close to the original. At the end of the day, it's a customer preference and we do offer a 3 year guarantee that includes product quality satisfaction.
