We keep the chip data as up to date as possible and offer a 3 year guarantee so if you do have problems with them we can arrange a return.

Unfortunately HP are a bit of a nightmare with blocking the compatibles these days so it depends on the printer updates that they’ve recently installed. I don't know exactly how to switch printer updates off in your machine but if there's a printer screen / menu, there's normally a settings section where you can switch it off.

Hi Leslie, thanks for your question. Please could you give me your exact printer model as there are a few different printers with the 1100 model number that take different inks and I don't want to give you the wrong information. This cartridge works in the HP business inkjet 1100 printers.
